TREND automatic controls for 320,000ft2 of Office Space over 13 floors provide the Landlord with flexible and energy efficient services, whilst ensuring the comfort of tenants.
As well as controlling the primary Heating, Cooling and Ventilation Plant, the BMS also controls over 750 4‐pipe Fan Coil Units, complete with 2‐port Pressure Independent Valves. Comprehensive monitoring of the electrical systems includes intelligent network metering, allowing Tenants’ consumptions to be read remotely.
